Report List

The Report List option is used to print multiple reports at one time from within the School Accounting System.  With the Report List option, all the selected reports are sent to the printer or screen at one time (or exported to files) instead of each report being selected and printed individually.  The Report List option works differently depending on where the option is accessed.

The Report List option utilized with Pre-Check Reports, Post-Check Reports, Balance Reports, or Employees lists all the applicable standard and custom reports, and the desired reports can then be selected and printed all at one time for the specified batch or employee.

The Report List option available on a module's main screen under the Reports menu for the particular user (for example, the "SAS Report List" option for a user with an ID of SAS) lists only the reports the user designated to be included in the report list, and the desired reports (of those designated) can then be selected and printed all at one time for the specified months and/or dates.  A user designates to include a report in the report list by clicking the Report List button on the Report Printing Options screen.

After the reports are generated using the Report List option, the reports that were printed (or exported) are selected by default when using the Report List option in the future.  The default reports in the Report List option utilized with Pre-Check Reports, Post-Check Reports, Balance Reports, or Employees are saved system-wide (not by user), while the default reports in the Report List option available under the Reports menu for the particular user are saved by user.
