The Reports menu displays a list of reports that can be printed from a particular area (screen) within the School Accounting System or one of its add-on modules. The Reports menu only appears on a particular screen if that area has reports available to be printed.
The reports are listed on each module’s main screen under the Reports menu according to whether the reports are standard reports included in the system (listed under the Report Writer - Standard option) or if the reports are custom reports built by the district (listed under the Report Writer - Custom option). Groupings of reports are also listed under the Reports menu on each module's main screen as a shortcut to locate a report related to the particular item (grouping). The Reports menu on each module’s main screen also has a Report Search option to allow a user to search for a particular report within that module, and a Report List option to print multiple reports at one time.
Custom reports appear under the Reports menu with an icon of a blue pencil to the left of the report name to easily identify which reports are custom reports and which reports are standard reports.
