To copy a set of account numbers for a specified reference piece, use the Add New Accounts option.
Fund Crosswalk:
To crosswalk one fund number to another number, follow the steps to change a fund.
To copy one fund number and all its account numbers to another fund number, complete the Copy Accounts to New Fund option.

To copy a set of account numbers for a specified fund, use the Add New Accounts option.
Tip: After completing crosswalks, be sure to verify the masks entered in the following files: General Ledger System File, Payroll System File, Deductions, Taxes, Account Groups (if applicable), and Approval Trees (if applicable). Also, if you have filter records formulas defined within your flexible financial reports (or other custom reports created in Report Writer) to print only account numbers with certain piece numbers (such as account numbers with a function number of 1111) and those particular numbers were crosswalked, verify and edit the filter records formulas at this time.
