Clear Employee Web Link Consents

The Clear Employee Web Link Consents option is accessed from within the Employee File in Payroll (and Human Resources and Negotiations, if applicable) and is only available if the organization has licensed the Web Link module.  The Clear Employee Web Link Consents option is used to remove the selections for employees who previously consented to receive only electronic copies of their 1095s and/or W2s in the Web Link module.  With the Clear Employee Web Link Consents option, the checkmarks are removed from the Web Link 1095 Consent field and/or the Web Link W2 Consent field located on the Name & Address screen in the Employee File for the designated employees.
