Web Link

Web Link is an add-on module of the School Accounting System that allows designated users to access and complete various options within the School Accounting System via the Internet.  With Web Link, users can be defined to do any of the following:  enter and approve requisitions; enter purchase orders; enter receivings; enter cash receipts; enter and approve leave requests; view their checks, leaves, 1095s, and W2s; view (and edit, if applicable) personal information; generate reports; view and upload employee documents in K12Docs; and complete an inventory of the assets entered in the Fixed Asset Inventory module in their assigned rooms.
