Web Link is an add-on module of the School Accounting System that allows designated users to access and complete various options within the School Accounting System via the Internet. With the Web Link module, users can be defined to do any of the following: enter and approve requisitions; enter purchase orders; enter receivings; enter cash receipts; enter and approve leave requests; view their checks, leaves, 1095s, and W2s; view (and edit, if applicable) personal information; generate reports; view and upload employee documents in K12Docs; and complete an inventory of the assets entered in the Fixed Asset Inventory module in their assigned rooms.
There is a condensed version of Web Link for mobile devices that only includes the options for 1095s, Check History/Reimbursements, Leave Balance, Leave Request Entry, Leave Request Inquiry, and W2s, along with K12Docs, if applicable. The system tries to automatically detect if Web Link is being accessed from a mobile device, such as a smart phone, and will display the login screen for running the condensed version of Web Link, if applicable; however, the full desktop version can still be accessed from the mobile device if desired (see the Logging In topic in the Help File for more details).
