Steps to View Room Inventory StatusThe View Room Inventory Status option, which is only available if the organization has licensed the Web Link module, displays the list of rooms in Fixed Asset Inventory along with the users (employees) who are responsible for completing the inventory in the rooms. The status for whether or not the inventory has been completed in the room and the user who completed the inventory (if applicable) also displays within the View Room Inventory Status option.
Email messages can be sent from within the View Room Inventory Status option to those employees who have completed the room inventory and/or those who have not yet completed the room inventory.
