Accessing a Module

• To access a module, click once on the appropriate button (icon) on the School Accounting System screen.

 Accounts Payable

  Accounts Receivable

 Fixed Asset Inventory

 General Ledger

 Human Resources

 Negotiations

 Payroll

 Report Writer

Note:  If the module is not licensed by the organization, the button will be gray but can be selected in order to learn more information about the module.  If the module is licensed by the organization but the user does not have rights to it, the button will appear in a lighter color and be disabled.
