Note: The Demographics screen is only available in the Employee File if the school district has the Human Resources module.
From within the Employee File, click the Demographics tab.
Enter the number of the employee's driving license in the Driver's License Number field. The number can be alphanumeric and up to 15 characters long.
Enter the type of the employee's driving license (such as Operator License, Commercial License, or Learner Permit) in the Driver's License Type field, or click the down-arrow button to select the correct one.
Enter the date the employee's driving license expires in the Driver's License Expiration Date field. Use the mm/dd/yyyy format or click the down-arrow button to select the desired date.
Enter the 2-character state abbreviation of the state where the employee's driving license was issued in the Driver's License State field, or click the down-arrow button to select the correct one.
If applicable, enter the date a motor vehicle report for the employee was received in the Motor Vehicle Report Received Date field. Use the mm/dd/yyyy format or click the down-arrow button to select the desired date.
If desired, enter the number of another form of identification for the employee in the Other ID Number field. The number can be alphanumeric and up to 15 characters long.
If the Other ID Number field is completed, enter the type of the other form of identification (such as Birth Certificate, Passport, or School ID Card) in the Other ID Type field, or click the down-arrow button to select the correct one.
If desired, enter the date the employee's other form of identification expires in the Other ID Expiration Date field. Use the mm/dd/yyyy format or click the down-arrow button to select the desired date.
If applicable, enter the date when the employee had fingerprints taken in the Fingerprints Taken Date field. Use the mm/dd/yyyy format or click the down-arrow button to select the desired date.
If applicable, enter the date when the employee had a physical examination completed in the Physical Examination Date field. Use the mm/dd/yyyy format or click the down-arrow button to select the desired date.
Enter any additional demographic information to track for the employee in the Comments field, if desired. The comment can be alphanumeric and up to 1,000 characters long.
If applicable, complete the Background Check Dates List with the date(s) when a background check was completed for the employee. To add a date, complete the following:
In the blank line (indicated with an asterisk) at the bottom of the Background Check Dates List, enter the date when a background check was completed in the Background Check Date field. Use the mm/dd/yyyy format or click the down-arrow button to select the desired date.
If desired, enter any additional information to track for the background check date in the Comments field. The comment can be up to 1,000 characters long.
Tip: To remove a date, click the Delete button to the left of the desired record; when prompted, click Yes to delete the record.
Click the Save button.
Continue adding the remaining information for the employee if needed.
