From the Human Resources screen, select the Maintenance menu, Trainings, and then Trainings.
At the Trainings screen, enter the ID of the training type to change, or for which the training to be changed is included, in the Training Type ID field. If the ID is not known, click the down-arrow button or the Find button to select the correct one.
Make the desired changes.
To add a new training to the specified training type, complete the blank line (indicated with an asterisk) at the bottom of the Trainings List.
To remove a training from the specified training type, click the Delete button located to the left of the desired training in the Trainings List; when prompted to delete the record, click Yes.
Note: If a training is being used in the Training Events option, the system will not allow it to be deleted.
After all the changes have been made, click the Save button.
If the ID for the training type was changed, a prompt will appear verifying whether or not to change the ID. To change the ID for the training type, click the Change button. To not change the ID and revert to use the original ID, click the Revert to Original button.
