From the Human Resources screen, select the Maintenance menu, Education, and then Courses.
At the Courses screen, enter the ID of the course type to change, or for which the course to be changed is included, in the Course Type ID field. If the ID is not known, click the down-arrow button or the Find button to select the correct one.
Make the desired changes.
To add a new course to the specified course type, complete the blank line (indicated with an asterisk) at the bottom of the Courses List.
To remove a course from the specified course type, click the Delete button located to the left of the desired course in the Courses List; when prompted to delete the record, click Yes.
Note: If a course is being used on the Education screen of the Employee File, the system will not allow it to be deleted.
After all the changes have been made, click the Save button.
If the ID for the course type was changed, a prompt will appear verifying whether or not to change the ID. To change the ID for the course type, click the Change button. To not change the ID and revert to use the original ID, click the Revert to Original button.
