View Leave Request Calendar

The View Leave Request Calendar option, which is available in Payroll to organizations that have licensed the Web Link module, shows the summary information for leave requests (and FMLA leave requests, if applicable) entered by all employees on a calendar.  Only leave requests that have been submitted and are pending or fully approved appear within the View Leave Request Calendar option.  

Note:  Changes cannot be made within the View Leave Request Calendar option, and detailed information, such as the substitutes, comments, and approvals, does not display.
