Steps to Upload Database to
SUIThe Upload Database to SUI option allows a user (not just supervisors) to upload a backup of their database used with the School Accounting System to Customer Support at Software Unlimited, Inc. With the Upload Database to SUI option, the data is securely transferred to Software Unlimited, Inc., via the Internet. Typically, the Upload Database to SUI option is used for assistance in a support call resolution.
Note: The Upload Database to SUI option is not available for organizations using the School Accounting System-Online version with the updated database configuration.
