Note: In order to complete the Upload Database to SUI option, the workstation must have an active Internet connection.
From the main School Accounting System screen, select the Utilities menu and then Upload Database to SUI.
Note: The Upload Database to SUI option is not available for organizations using the School Accounting System-Online version with the updated database configuration.
The Backup Database screen will appear in order to make a current backup for which to upload. To create a current backup to upload, continue with the backup process as normal. Otherwise, to upload a previously made backup (or a different file), click the Cancel button, click Yes when prompted to choose a different file, select the desired file to upload, and then click the Open button.
Once the backup has been created (or a different file selected), the Upload Database to SUI screen will appear and the specified file will begin uploading to Customer Support (as shown in the status bar of the screen).
Note: If your computer (or server, if applicable) is set to an incorrect date or time, an error message will appear instead of the Upload Database to SUI screen; click OK. Then verify and change the date and time on your computer (or server, if applicable) and complete the steps above again; if needed, the official time in the United States can be found at http://www.time.gov/.
Once the file has been uploaded to Customer Support, an email will automatically be sent to Customer Support so we are aware the file has been received and a Customer Support Representative will be in contact with you regarding the resolution.
Click the X in the upper right-hand corner to close the Upload Database to SUI screen.
