Managing Documents (Accessing K12Docs from within School Accounting System)

Note:  The instructions below are for accessing the K12Docs module from within the School Accounting System.  As a reminder, the K12Docs module can also be accessed directly at:  https://intellicloud2.intellinetics.com/sui/k12docs/Signin.

Note:  The Manage Documents button is only enabled if your organization has licensed the K12Docs module and the user has the Document Management User ID field completed within the User Security option.  If the Document Management User ID field is not completed for the user, the Manage Documents button will be disabled and the K12Docs link will not open the module.

Note:  If the Manage Documents button was clicked while a specific record was displayed (or selected) and there is a corresponding application (filing cabinet or drawer) for the applicable record type, the K12Docs module will open for the respective folder and application, providing the user has access to that application in K12Docs; otherwise, if there was not a specific record displayed, the K12Docs module will open and display the main K12Docs screen.
