Export Grid

The Export Grid option is used to export the data in a particular grid to a file.  The Export Grid option is available from within all the search screens in the School Accounting System and other various options which have a grid, such as 403b Reporting, Chart of Accounts, and Email Options.  

The types of files available to be exported with the Export Grid option include:  comma separated values (.CSV), portable document format (.PDF), tab delimited (.TXT), ASCII text (.TXT), spreadsheet (.XLS), and extensible markup language (.XML).
