Users cannot be deleted from within the User Security option since history is tied to each user; however, the user can be made inactive, by removing the checkmark for the Active field within the User Security option, in order to prevent the user from accessing the School Accounting System and/or the add-on modules. If desired, complete the Purge Data option to purge inactive users who do not have any history.
Tip: If needed, use the Inactivate Users option to inactivate a group of users all at once.
Note: If a user is inactivated from within the User Security option or by completing the Inactivate Users option (or inactive users are purged by completing the Purge Data option), the Single Sign-On permissions for the user as defined within the modern experience will be removed, if applicable.
