Note: The following instructions are for completing the Increment Experience option for use with the Idaho Staff Data Reporting option.
From the Payroll screen, select the Government Reporting menu, and then Idaho Staff Data Reporting.
At the Idaho Staff Data Reporting screen, select the Options menu and then Increment Experience.
On the Increment Experience screen, all the employees with records on the Demographics & Experience screen (tab) within the Idaho Staff Data Reporting option appear in the Employee Selection List. Specify which employees to include when incrementing by clicking the box for the Selected column to the left of the desired employee ID. A checkmark will appear in the box if the employee is selected. To select all the employees listed on the screen, click the Select All button located above the Employee Selection List. If desired, change the filters to modify the employees displayed here.
Click the Execute button.
A message will appear in the status bar once the process is complete.
