The Idaho Staff Data Reporting option in Payroll is used throughout the year by Idaho school districts to create the Staff Demographics & Employment file as required by the Idaho State Department of Education for use with the Idaho System for Educational Excellence.
Initially, the employee information included on the Staff Demographics & Employment file that was last submitted to the state will need to be imported into the Idaho Staff Data Reporting option in the School Accounting System; then once the Idaho Staff Data Reporting option is generated, each employee’s record can be verified and then edited, if needed. Then the file can be created for uploading to the state. When initially importing the data into the Idaho Staff Data Reporting option in the School Accounting System, the same file that was last submitted to the state is used when completing the Import Demographics & Experience, Import Education, and Import Employee Funding Sources options.
