Steps to Import
EducationThe Import Education option is accessed from within the Idaho Staff Data Reporting option and the Wyoming Staff Member Collection Report option in Payroll. For Idaho, the Import Education option is used to import the education information from the Staff Demographics & Employment file that was last submitted to the state (as created or accessed in Step 1 on the Idaho Staff Data Reporting Completion Checklist) into the Idaho Staff Data Reporting option. For Wyoming, the Import Education option is used to import the preloaded Education file obtained from the Wyoming Department of Education containing the required education information for the applicable employees, such as principals, assistant principals, tutors, and teachers, into the Wyoming Staff Member Collection Report option.
