From the Human Resources screen, select the Maintenance menu, Evaluations, and then Evaluation Ratings.
At the Evaluation Ratings screen, enter the ID of the evaluation rating type to change, or for which the evaluation rating to be changed is included, in the Evaluation Rating Type ID field. If the ID is not known, click the down-arrow button or the Find button to select the correct one.
Make the desired changes.
To add a new evaluation rating to the specified evaluation rating type, complete the blank line (indicated with an asterisk) at the bottom of the Evaluation Ratings List.
To remove an evaluation rating from the specified evaluation rating type, click the Delete button located to the left of the desired evaluation rating in the Evaluation Ratings List; when prompted to delete the record, click Yes.
Note: If an evaluation rating is being used in the Evaluations section on the Positions screen of the Employee File, the system will not allow it to be deleted.
After all the changes have been made, click the Save button.
If the ID for the evaluation rating type was changed, a prompt will appear verifying whether or not to change the ID. To change the ID for the evaluation rating type, click the Change button. To not change the ID and revert to use the original ID, click the Revert to Original button.
