Missouri SDAC

The Missouri SDAC option in General Ledger is used by Missouri school districts who participate in the School District Administrative Claiming (SDAC) program.  The Missouri SDAC option generates a report to utilize when completing the quarterly "Expense" worksheet of the Microsoft® Excel file titled "MO-RMS template_empl data.xls".

Note:  The Distribution Report by Employee is also available from within Payroll in order to complete the "Salary" worksheet for this file.  To aid in generating the Distribution Report by Employee so that only the applicable employees are included, define an employee group called MOSDAC and select the applicable employees that are to be reported on the "Salary" worksheet of the file.  Then when printing the Distribution Report by Employee, click the Search button for the Employee Group ID parameter and select the MOSDAC employee group so that only the applicable employees will be printed on the report.
