Steps to Change Yearly Post AccountsThe Change Yearly Post Accounts option, which is accessed from within the Chart of Accounts in General Ledger, is used to change the Yearly Post Accounts for revenue and expenditure accounts. With the Change Yearly Post Accounts option, the balances for the selected revenue and expenditure accounts will be posted from the incorrect Yearly Post Account to the correct one, and the change can be completed for the entire history (all fiscal years) or just for a certain fiscal year coming forward.
