Adjust Benefits

The Adjust Benefits option is accessed from within the Employee File in Human Resources (and Payroll and Negotiations, if applicable).  The Adjust Benefits option is used to quickly add a benefit to a specific group of employees (and dependents, if desired) all at once, rather than adding the benefit individually on the Benefits screen (and Dependents screen) in the Employee File for each employee.  With the Adjust Benefits option, a benefit can be added to selected employees or to those employees with an existing benefit already set up in their files (for example, add Benefit B to all employees (and their dependents, if desired) who are set up with Benefit A).  Also, the Adjust Benefits option can be used to change the current information for a particular benefit for a specific group of employees (for example, change the Enrollment Date to 9/1/2019 for a particular benefit for all active employees who currently have the benefit).
