Note: If a custom field is changed, the changes for the field will appear for all vendors.
From the Accounts Payable screen, select the Maintenance menu and then Custom Fields.
At the Custom Fields screen, enter the name of the custom field to change in the Custom Field Description field, or click the down-arrow button or the Find button to select the correct one.
Make the desired changes to the custom field.
To change the order the custom fields display within the Vendor File, use the Set Screen Preferences option.
Steps to Set Screen Preferences for Custom Fields
After all the changes have been made, click the Save button.
If the description (name) of the custom field was changed, a prompt will appear verifying whether or not to change the description of the custom field. To change the description of the custom field, click the Change button. To not change the description and revert to use the original description, click the Revert to Original button.
