The View Leave Request Calendar option shows the summary information for leave requests (and FMLA leave requests, if applicable) entered by all employees on a calendar. Only leave requests that have been submitted and are pending or fully approved appear within the View Leave Request Calendar option. Changes cannot be made within the View Leave Request Calendar option, and detailed information, such as the comments and approvals, does not display.
Note: In order for the View Leave Request Calendar option to be available in Web Link, a user must be defined with rights to view the leave request calendar (within the User Security option in the School Accounting System).
