Transfer Data to Employees

The Transfer Data to Employees option is accessed from within the Iowa BEDS Report option, which is available for Iowa organizations only.  The Transfer Data to Employees option is used to copy the data for Primary School, Folder, and Highest Degree as included in the Iowa BEDS Report option to specified custom fields in the Employee File, and the District Experience and Total Experience data to the Years of Service (Internal) and Years of Service (External in State) or Years of Service (External Out of State) fields on the Employment screen in the Employee File.
