Steps to Complete the System FileThe System File includes general information about your organization and customized information pertaining to the School Accounting System. The System File also includes the options for completing daily backups within the School Accounting System, if desired, and the fields to define how many backup files (and how long) to retain in the backup folder in the SQL Server instance.
