Note: If an email address is being used (for example, is entered in one of the fields in the Email Manager option), the system will not allow it to be deleted.
From the main School Accounting System screen, select the Maintenance menu and then Email Manager.
Click the Email Addresses tab.
Enter the ID of the email address to delete in the Email Address ID field. If the ID is not known, click the down-arrow button or the Find button to select the correct one.
Once the email address to delete is displayed on the screen, click the Delete button; when prompted to delete the record, click Yes.
