On the Edit Report screen for the selected report, click the Report Selections button or select the Maintenance menu and then Report Selections.
Note: If the report to edit is not yet open, first complete the following: from the Report Writer screen, click on the name of the view group in the Report Groups List that contains the report for which to delete the report selection and click on the name of the report to edit in the Reports List (or click the Find button instead to search for the desired report); then click the Edit Record button located at the top of the screen.
At the Report Selections screen, double-click on the desired report selection to delete in the list at the bottom of the screen, or click the Find button (or the down-arrow button for the Report Selection Number field) to select the correct one; or if desired, enter the number of the report selection to edit in the Report Selection Number field.
Once the report selection to delete is displayed on the screen, click the Delete button; when prompted to delete the record, click Yes.
