The Process Employee Uploaded Documents option is only enabled if the organization has licensed both the Web Link and K12Docs modules. The Process Employee Uploaded Documents option is used to process the employee documents uploaded in Web Link and index and file them to K12Docs. With the Process Employee Uploaded Documents option, the employee documents uploaded in Web Link can be viewed, processed (indexed and filed), or deleted.
