Note: The following instructions are for completing the Create Employee Funding Sources for New Year option for use with the Idaho Staff Data Reporting option.
From the Payroll screen, select the Government Reporting menu, and then Idaho Staff Data Reporting.
At the Idaho Staff Data Reporting screen, select the Options menu and then Create Employee Funding Sources for New Year.
When prompted, enter the 4-digit ending year of the fiscal year to create, and click OK.
A message will appear in the status bar once the process is complete.
