From the General Ledger screen, select the Data Entry menu and then Manual Journal Entries.
The Batch Search screen will appear.
Select the batch which contains the manual journal entry to correct by double-clicking on the desired batch description.
The Manual Journal Entries screen will appear for the selected manual journal entries batch. The description for the selected batch will appear in the title bar, and if the Recurring Entries field is selected for the batch, Recurring Batch will appear after the batch description.
On the Individual Entry screen (tab), double-click the manual journal entry to edit from the entries that appear in the Batch Entries List, or click the Find button to select the correct one.
Make the desired changes to the manual journal entry.
After all the changes have been made, click the Save button.
Tip: If desired, manual journal entries can also be edited directly in the Batch Entries List (grid) by clicking the Grid Entry tab and then making the desired changes to the fields (columns) of information.
