Steps to View Disposed Web Link AssetsThe View Disposed Web Link Assets option, accessed from within a batch in the Process Asset Disposal option, is used with the Process Room Inventory option in order to dispose assets in the Fixed Asset Inventory module that were determined missing during an inventory completed in Web Link. When the View Disposed Web Link Assets option is selected, a list of all the assets inventoried in Web Link with a Variance Type of Missing Asset appear on the Process Asset Disposal screen; the desired asset to dispose is then selected by double-clicking on the line (asset).
The missing assets from Web Link continue to display in the Web Link Assets List until the assets are disposed in the Fixed Asset Inventory module from within the Process Asset Disposal option using the View Disposed Web Link Assets option, or a new inventory is completed within Web Link.
