Steps to Export PackagesThe Export Packages option is used to copy the setup and salary schedule information of a package in Negotiations to a file. With the Export Packages option, multiple packages can be selected to export at one time, but each package will be saved to a separate file.
The Export Packages option exports the following information for a package: all the information as shown in the Packages option except the pay codes and pay groups; all the information entered on the Recalculate screen (tab) within the Salary Schedules option for all five tables; the calculated Salary Schedule - Amounts table and the Salary Schedule - Percents table; and the labels and other additional information (if applicable) entered for each step and lane.
Tip: The Export Packages option allows organizations who have licensed the Negotiations module to export the packages created during the initial Negotiations training in order to import the packages into their data.
