Note: The instructions below are for using the Export Packages option in the Negotiations module.
From the Negotiations screen, select the Maintenance menu and then Packages.
At the Packages screen, select the Options menu and then Export Packages.
At the Export Packages screen, select the packages to export by clicking the box under the Selected column to the left of the package ID. A checkmark will appear in the box if a package is selected.
Click the Execute button.
When prompted, browse to the desired location (drive and folders) for the destination to save the exported files and click the OK button.
Note: A separate file will be created for each package that is exported; the name of the file will be NegotiationsPACKAGEID.xml, with PACKAGEID being replaced with the ID of the package exported.
A message will appear in the status bar after the export is complete.
Click the X in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to close the Export Packages screen.
