The Direct Deposit Debit Records option is used to define the debit records (debit information) included on a direct deposit file that may be needed by a bank in order to process the direct deposit transactions. Direct deposit debit records are only used if required by your bank, or could be used if direct deposit will be processed from more than one checking account (refer to the Note under Step 1 on the Accounts Payable Direct Deposit Setup Checklist or the Payroll Direct Deposit Setup Checklist for more information on direct deposit processed from two or more checking accounts).
