Steps to Combine Chart
of Account NumbersThe Combine Chart of Account Numbers option in General Ledger is used to merge two account numbers into one account number. With this option, all the history transactions and balances for the two specified account numbers are merged together.
Note: Only account numbers in the same fund, of the same account type, and defined with the same Yearly Post Accounts (if applicable) can be combined together.
