The Select Leave Requests/Substitutes for Processing option is used to select absence entries and/or substitute entries from approved leave requests to bring into a batch of Employee Absences or Pay Period Entries for processing in a Payroll check cycle. Within the Select Leave Requests/Substitutes for Processing option, each approved leave request (and FMLA leave request, if applicable) that has not yet been processed is displayed with the absence entry and the substitute entry listed separately, if applicable. If needed, the employee ID entered for a substitute entry can be changed within the Select Leave Requests/Substitutes for Processing option, and then the desired absence entries and/or substitute entries are selected to bring into the designated batch.
Note: The Select Leave Requests/Substitutes for Processing option is only available to organizations that have licensed the Web Link module.
