From the main School Accounting System screen, select the Maintenance menu and then Email Manager.
Click the Email Addresses tab.
Enter the ID of the email address to change in the Email Address ID field. If the ID is not known, click the down-arrow button or the Find button to select the correct one.
Make the desired changes to the email address.
After all the changes have been made, click the Save button.
If the ID for the email address was changed, a prompt will appear verifying whether or not to change the ID or add a new one. To change the ID for the email address, click the Change button. To not change the ID and revert to use the original ID, click the Revert to Original button. To add a new email address with the specified ID that is a duplicate of the current one, click the Create New button.
