Steps to Move a Rate TableThe Move Rate Table option, which is accessed in the Deduction File in Payroll, shifts the new rates (specified with a Rate Change Date) that were entered for deductions defined with a rate table to the left side of the rate table. When using the Move Rate Table option, the user selects the date to use to determine which new rates to move based on the defined Rate Change Dates of the new rates.
