From the Human Resources screen, select the Maintenance menu, and then Sick Banks.
At the Sick Banks screen, enter the ID of the sick bank to change in the Sick Bank ID field. If the ID is not known, click the down-arrow button or the Find button to select the correct one.
Make the desired changes to the sick bank.
Note: The Posted Balance and Total Balance fields appear in the upper right corner of the screen to show the balance for the sick bank; the Total Balance includes both posted and unposted entries. If desired, click the Deposit Information tab to view the deposits made to the sick bank, or the Withdrawal Information tab to view the withdrawals made to the sick bank.
After all the changes have been made, click the Save button.
If the ID for the sick bank was changed, a prompt will appear verifying whether or not to change the ID or add a new one. To change the ID for the sick bank, click the Change button. To not change the ID and revert to use the original ID, click the Revert to Original button. To add a new sick bank with the specified ID that is a duplicate of the current sick bank, click the Create New button.
