From the Human Resources screen, select the Maintenance menu, Certificates, and then Grade Levels.
At the Grade Levels screen, enter the ID of the grade level to change in the Grade Level ID field. If the ID is not known, click the down-arrow button or the Find button to select the correct one.
Make the desired changes to the grade level.
After all the changes have been made, click the Save button.
If the ID for the grade level was changed, a prompt will appear verifying whether or not to change the ID or add a new one. To change the ID for the grade level, click the Change button. To not change the ID and revert to use the original ID, click the Revert to Original button. To add a new grade level with the specified ID that is a duplicate of the current grade level, click the Create New button.
