From the Negotiations screen, select the Maintenance menu and then Negotiations System File.
Enter the 4-digit year of the next fiscal year's ending date in the Negotiation Year End field. For example, if the current fiscal year is 2023-2024, the year entered in this field is 2025.
Click the Save button.
