Within the Iowa Public Employment Relations Board Report option, the report can be generated for a group of employees based on selected pay groups and/or referenced custom fields. The report contains the required employee information, including first and last name, job classification (position), birthdate, last four digits of social security number, home address, work and personal email address, and work and personal phone number.
