Idaho Financial Transparency Data Collection Report

The Idaho Financial Transparency Data Collection Report option, which is accessed from within the General Ledger module, is used to create a file to upload to the Idaho State Department of Education each quarter.  With the Idaho Financial Transparency Data Collection Report option, all the transactions for checks posted from Accounts Payable and Payroll, revenue posted from General Ledger and Accounts Receivable (if applicable), and posted manual journal entries in General Ledger will be included in the file for the specified funds.
