From the Fixed Asset Inventory screen, select the Maintenance menu and then Conditions.
At the Conditions screen, enter the ID of the condition to change in the Condition ID field. If the ID is not known, click the down-arrow button or the Find button to select the correct one.
Make the desired changes to the condition.
After all the changes have been made, click the Save button.
If the ID for the condition was changed, a prompt will appear verifying whether or not to change the ID or add a new one. To change the ID for the condition, click the Change button. To not change the ID and revert to use the original ID, click the Revert to Original button. To add a new condition with the specified ID that is a duplicate of the current condition, click the Create New button.
