The EEO-5 Survey option in Payroll is used to generate the EEO-5 report, which is required by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Office for Civil Rights of the Department of Education to be filed biennially in every even-numbered year for public elementary and secondary school districts with 100 or more employees. Once the report is generated within the EEO-5 Survey option, the information can be viewed, and then a file can be created for submission.
