From the Accounts Receivable screen, select the Maintenance menu and then Staff.
At the Staff screen, enter the ID of the staff member to change in the Staff ID field. If the ID is not known, click the down-arrow button or the Find button to select the correct one.
Make the desired changes to the staff member.
After all the changes have been made, click the Save button.
If the ID for the staff member was changed, a prompt will appear verifying whether or not to change the ID or add a new one. To change the ID for the staff member, click the Change button. To not change the ID and revert to use the original ID, click the Revert to Original button. To add a new staff member with the specified ID that is a duplicate of the current staff member, click the Create New button.
