The Process Employee Uploaded Documents option is only enabled if the organization has licensed both the Web Link and K12Docs modules. The Process Employee Uploaded Documents option is used to process the employee documents uploaded in Web Link (from the View/Add File Documents option) in order to index and file the documents to K12Docs. For organizations who have licensed the My Benefits Channel software, the Process Employee Uploaded Documents option is also used to process the employee documents uploaded from within My Benefits Channel in order to index and file the documents to K12Docs.
With the Process Employee Uploaded Documents option, the employee documents uploaded into the Employee Uploaded (Pending) subfolder within the SUI_PR_Employees application from Web Link or My Benefits Channel, or documents manually added to that subfolder from within K12Docs itself, can be viewed, processed (indexed and filed), or deleted.
